Blossoms Abound

This is a card I made for the color and sketch challenge over at SCS. I think it came out nicely.
On the first panel, I used SU textured Wild Wasabi, and then I scored the paper at 3/4 " until the entire panel was scored, turned the paper around and scored again. ( I don't have a scor pal and I'm sure that this could have been done with so much more efficiency if I did) I then folded each fold and dragged it through the Wild Wasabi ink pad. On the 2nd panel I used some su dp. i think it is Porcelain Prints. And on the 3rd panel I inked up my weathered bg stamp. I added some SU organza and grosgrain ribbon, some baubles and the card was finished.
I hope that you like it.
I'm not wild about Wild Wasabi...but i think it works in this color combo.
Have a great day!
Smiles :)

What a pretty card. I love lilacs! The weathered background goes perfectly with this set. :)

I'll send your images as soon as I get your address - you can email it, or I'll take it off your envie when it comes!

Lovely! I don't have a scor-pal either, but you did a great! Love how you folded and then went into the ink!

These are two of my favorite colors!! (I have lots of favorites, but green is always there!) I have a Hydrangea blooming that color right now!

Hope you had a great weekend! We did...very exhausting but wonderful!

Happy MOnday!

Wow - this is great - love how you did your first panel with the Wild Wasabi!! I don't have a scorpal either, but you make it sound so easy! Love how you combined both challenges too!
