Bronc Buster Grad

This is a card that I made for my nephew. He is graduating from High School Thursday night.
While searching for an image to make a card for him, I realized that I don't have any Graduation images, well just one bella grad image, but I don't think that works for him! LOL!
I know he was thinking of going to college in Colorado, but that got nixed...too far away for his mom's comfort zone. So I pulled out my Bronc Buster stamp set from SU and started playing.
I wanted to use my reinkers and alcohol to create the background,( I forget what this technique is called...it'll come to me later after i post this!) and then i stamped the image in craft vanilla on top. I added some hologram embossing powder to help define the image. What a mess. HInt...if you decided to work with cotton balls, reinkers and alcohol, remember to protect your hands. It's a messy procedure.
It was a little plain, so I backed the image with SU's Bronze metallic paper. Love this paper! I added grommets, some ribbon and gold cording and decided that I was finished.
Have a great day!
Smiles :)
