No new car, but a new card

For those of you who have asked, I did not come home with another new car. That's the bad news, the good news is that we are still looking. My logic is that it just doesn't make sense for me to drive around in a big gas guzzling vehicle when I am all by myself. We have votes going on in the house. My 20 year old son wants me to look at the Masseratti, lol, my 18 year old daughter thinks I should get a Smart Car, lmbo, my 17 year old son thinks I should get the little cadillac,(this sounds like an option) and the 15 year old daughter suggested a Mercedes.(she's got great taste, doesn't she?) Brochures for all of the vehicles, except a Smart Car have been requested! I'll keep you all posted!
It's that time of the year... May and June Graduations!
I made this card for my niece, Christie, who recently graduated from college. I am trying to use up what supplies I do have without buying anything new. However, I did place a small order with SU to stock up on some card stock, before my dem status lapses. If anyone would like to place an order let me know. I will gladly give you a discount on your order. I have up until the 30th of this month to place an order.
Getting back to the card...I used my Bella grad image. It's the only Graduation themed stamp that I have, and it's perfect for my niece.
There are so many layers on this card, it's a good thing that I don't have to mail it! Did you know that the post office charges more to send a square envelope? Like they don't get enough already....
My daughter, Chelsea, graduates this Thursday from High School. Her school colors are black and orange. I'm already getting a headache thinking about making that card. It's going to be one heck of a challenge to make a card for her that doesn't look like a Halloween card! LOL!
Enjoy your day!
Smiles :)
